Using stable and consistent quantitative index to test the authenticity of the core technology


A - Large area processing surface roughness: Ra=1.0um/30000mm²

Explanation: Continuous cutting 30000mm²Ra≤1.0um


A - Continually cutting consistency error: 0.005mm/30pcs

Explanation: Continually cutting 30pcs same work pieces without operator intervention, the consistency error of all these work pieces are 0.005mm


A - The “Olive shape” error of large thickness work piece: 0.02/200mm

Explanation: Multiple cutting processing the 200mm thickness work piece without wire guide, the longitudinal dimension error of upper, middle and lower is less than 0.02mm



★ WIDCS is landmark technology of 5th generation intelligent CNC wire cutting EDM. It is an innovation, which integrated of mechanical, electrical, software and information technology. It is a national registered CNC wire cutting core technology and is a pioneer in CNC wire cutting EDM field.


★ WIDCS Completely out of the dependence on the operator’s skills, when multiplicity cutting function start, tension control of electrode wire, diameter control and wire feeding speed control are fully completed by the WIDCS. It makes the CNC wire cutting EDM become to a one button operation machine.


★ WIDCS is the first one to achieve wire wending and tightening automatically, as well as wire tension precisely control when cutting.


★ WIDCS adopt adaptive AC servo closed loop control technology, through the two pcs sensors to run the electrode wire’s tension, diameter, vibration, as well as the spatial drift realizes the dynamical bidirectional precise control. The technology is for the domestic initiative, access to national patents.


★ WIDCS is the first to realize the high precision and timely control of wire tension in high-speed operation. The control accuracy reached 0.2N/0.5S, which is the domestic initiative.


★ WIDCS calculate the length of wire by encoder, the wire drum is divided into two sections by WIDCS automatically named Rough & Fine Cutting, the first part is used for the first time rough cutting and the second part for the fine finishing of second time or third time cutting. WIDCS parameter setting is different against different sections of wire drum to improve the precision of the cutting result. .



★ Intelligent high-frequency parameters: The system would automatically select high-frequency parameters according to the work piece material and thickness.


★ Intelligent cutting times: The system would provide cutting times according to the surface quality of work pieces, and guide users to program.


★ Intelligent machining allowance: In order to ensure good surface finish and work piece size during multiple cuts, the system would list the machining allowance for each cut into a table according to the work piece requirements to guide the user to program.


★ Intelligent cutting tracking: The system would automatically adjust the feed tracking frequency according to high-frequency parameters and machining allowance.


★ Intelligent short circuit judgment: The system can automatically monitor the discharge state and control the worktable feed according to the discharge state to avoid actual short circuit.


★ Intelligent wire speed control: In the cutting process, the system can automatically switch the wire speed according to the high-frequency parameters of cutting.


★ Intelligent tension parameters: The system automatically switches the tension value according to the cutting times and transmits the tension value to the tension control system.


★ The expert database is an open design, and users modify the data according to their own experience to form their own special database.


★ The system has the function of automatic switching of low energy and high speed feed: the current is large during the first cutting, and the molybdenum wire is easy to burn on the surface of the work piece due to the oxide layer; The system feeds at high speed when the electrode wire does not contact the work piece, and automatically switches to low-energy cutting when the electrode wire contacts the work piece, which can avoid burning molybdenum wire. When the electrode wire completely cuts into the work piece, the system would automatically return to normal high-energy setting for normal cutting.


★ High-efficiency intermittent processing function: When the molybdenum wire is not in contact with the work piece (cut-in without ball), the system automatically adjusts the feed tracking speed to the fastest, and once the molybdenum wire is in contact with the work piece, the system automatically restores the tracking frequency to normal setting for normal cutting. This function can improve the empty walking speed during invalid cutting and reduce the time of invalid cutting; High-efficiency intermittent processing is realized under the condition of no one guarding.


★ Dynamic spectrum display of electrical discharge machining: users can intuitively understand the cutting tracking situation.


★ Users can choose multiple cutting or single cutting control according to the actual situation. In single cutting control, the system would automatically select the best parameters according to the different machining currents.
